　　1. 规范使用，减少人为损伤

　　作业时严禁超载、斜拉、猛吊、猛放，避免瞬时冲击力撕裂带体;吊装尖锐棱角工件时，需要搭配护角、护套防护，防止带体被割破;禁止将吊装带打结、扭曲、缠绕使用，避免局部受力集中导致内部纤维断裂;严禁在高温明火、尖锐杂物、粗糙地面拖拽摩擦吊装带。

　　2. 及时清洁，去除工况杂质

　　吊装带沾染灰尘、油污、酸碱残渣、泥沙等杂质后，需及时清洁。可采用清水轻柔冲洗，搭配中性清洁剂擦拭，去除杂质后自然晾干。禁止使用强酸、强碱清洁剂，禁止高温烘烤、暴晒烘干，避免纤维老化、脆化、变色。

　　3. 科学收纳，规避环境损耗

　　闲置吊装带需收纳在干燥、通风、阴凉的专用仓库或货架，远离明火、高温设备、酸碱化学品、尖锐金属物件，避免长期暴晒、潮湿发霉、腐蚀老化。收纳时将吊装带平整折叠、有序摆放，避免挤压、折叠死褶、长期扭曲，防止纤维产生变形。

　　4. 分类存放，规范管理

　　不同吨位、不同类型、新旧程度的吊装带分类存放，做好标识区分，避免混用错用;定期对库存吊装带进行抽检，及时剔除老化、受损、失效产品，确保每一条投入使用的吊具都安全合规。

　　Standardize Operation to Reduce Man-made Damage Overloading, diagonal pulling, sudden lifting and sudden lowering are strictly prohibited during operation to prevent the sling body from being torn by instantaneous impact force. High-temperature baking and direct sun drying are forbidden to prevent fiber aging, embrittlement and discoloration.

Keep them away from open flames, high-temperature equipment, acid-alkali chemicals and sharp metal items to avoid long-term sun exposure, mildew, corrosion and aging. Fold webbing slings flat and arrange them in order during storage. Avoid extrusion, permanent creases and long-term twisting to prevent fiber deformation.
