1. Daily Inspection 每日检查

　　Check for surface scratches, dents and corrosion. Wipe off water, chemical residues and debris after each use, keep the stainless‑steel body clean and dry.

　　检查车体表面有无刮伤、凹陷、锈蚀;每次使用完毕擦除水渍、化学残留与杂物，保持不锈钢机身洁净干燥。

　　Inspect forks, frame, push‑pull handle for deformation, cracks or weld damage.

　　检查货叉、车架、推拉手柄有无变形、裂纹、焊缝损坏。

　　Check hydraulic pump for oil leakage. Confirm lifting and lowering actions are smooth.

　　检查液压泵有无漏油，确认起升、下降动作顺畅。

　　Check load wheels and steering wheel for jamming, wear and winding foreign matter; ensure flexible rotation.

　　检查承载轮、转向轮是否卡滞、磨损、缠绕异物，转动灵活。

　　2. Lubrication 润滑保养

　　Apply food‑grade lithium‑based grease to wheel axles, hinge pins and movable joints on a regular basis (suitable for food, pharmaceutical sanitary working conditions).

　　轮轴、铰接销轴、活动转动部位定期加注锂基润滑脂(适配食品、制药卫生工况)。

　　Do not use ordinary grease which may cause contamination for sanitary‑grade stainless‑steel models.

　　卫生级不锈钢车型，禁止使用普通润滑脂，避免造成污染。

　　3. Hydraulic System Maintenance 液压系统维护

　　Keep hydraulic oil clean. Replace hydraulic oil periodically according to working frequency.

　　保持液压油洁净，根据使用频次定期更换液压油。

　　Prevent water and corrosive liquid from entering the hydraulic station to avoid internal rust and valve sticking.

　　防止水、腐蚀性液体进入液压泵站，避免内部锈蚀、阀芯卡滞。

　　If lifting becomes weak or slow, check oil level and look for internal leakage.

　　起升无力、起升缓慢时，检查油位，排查内泄故障。

　　4. Anti‑corrosion Protection 防腐防护

　　After contact with salt water, disinfectant, acid‑alkali liquid, clean the truck promptly, do not leave liquid residue on stainless‑steel surfaces.

　　接触盐水、消毒液、酸碱液体后及时清洗设备，不要让液体残留在不锈钢表面。

　　Avoid sharp hard objects scratching the stainless‑steel surface, scratches will reduce corrosion resistance.

　　避免尖锐硬物刮擦不锈钢表面，划痕会降低防腐能力。

　　5. Storage Requirement 存放要求

　　Store in dry and ventilated area. Lower the forks completely when parking.

　　存放于干燥通风场所，停放时货叉完全落到底。

　　Do not place outdoors exposed to rain, mist or corrosive atmosphere for long‑term storage.

　　不可长期露天放置，避免雨淋、雾气及腐蚀性环境。

　　6. Troubleshooting & Parts Replacement 故障与配件更换

　　Replace heavily worn wheels, sealing rings and pin shafts in time.

　　磨损严重的轮子、密封圈、销轴及时更换。

　　Stop operation if cracks, severe deformation or hydraulic leakage occurs; do not operate with faults.

　　出现裂纹、严重变形、液压漏油时停止使用，禁止带故障作业。

　　Tip: Stainless steel material still cannot completely resist strong acid‑alkali corrosion, timely cleaning after exposure to corrosive media is essential to extend service life.

　　提示：不锈钢并非完全耐强酸碱腐蚀，接触腐蚀性介质后及时清洁，可有效延长设备使用寿命。
